Dr. Vikram Sengupta, MD

Chief Medical Officer of Mission Medical

Born in Florida, Dr. Sengupta grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Cornell University, majoring in Neuroscience before moving on to the Yale School of Medicine where he earned his MD.

He is fellowship trained in interventional pain management and board certified in internal medicine. His clinical areas of focus are regenerative medicine and neuromodulation.

Dr. Sengupta is an experienced specialist in site-of-care optimization and the implementation of medical services. He has conducted groundbreaking, first-in-human clinical research using stem cell derived biologics to treat COVID-19 related ARDS and cytokine storm, as well as the use of implantable neurostimulation devices for the treatment of pain and is currently the primary investigator on several national multi-center clinical trials.

He has served on faculty at Harvard and NYU.

 

Fara Stricker, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Chief Nursing Officer

Fara Stricker is an accomplished IV infusion Nurse Practitioner and Certified Immunoglobulin Nurse (IgCn) with over a decade of expertise as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, addiction medicine, biologics, immunoglobulin therapy, and advanced infusion treatments. At ThrIVewell Infusion, Fara has led efforts to expand access to modern, patient-centered infusion and injection services for individuals with complex and chronic conditions. Her clinical focus remains rooted in patient safety, comfort, and education, ensuring an exceptional care experience.

A recognized thought leader in the field, Fara is a national speaker for multiple pharmaceutical companies, sharing her expertise on innovative therapies and best practices in infusion care. She was recently featured in a leading medical publication as a “Powerhouse of Infusion Therapy” and a visionary voice shaping the future of patient care.

Beyond infusion, Fara is a passionate advocate for mental health and substance use treatment. She is the proud recipient of the prestigious Nightingale Award and Daisy Award. She has also served as an adjunct professor, specializing in Substance Use Disorders.

Fara continues to lead with vision and compassion, advancing clinical practice, education, and access across multiple dimensions of healthcare — all while raising two wonderful children.
