In order to facilitate the best possible visit, the following are guidelines to ensure all necessary preparations are in place prior to your infusion treatment:
• If this is your first time visiting one of our centers, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure timely registration and a timely start for your infusion therapy.
• Should you be running late for your appointment, please call 212-803-3339 and ask to speak with a Concierge Care Associate, who can best assist you.
• If there is any change in your insurance coverage, please contact us at 212-803-3339 as soon as possible to ensure required insurance authorization is in place prior to your infusion treatment. Also, please bring insurance coverage and personal identification along with any other information your primary care doctor has instructed you to bring to your infusion appointment.
• If you are a current participant in any drug financial assistance program, please bring any and all information regarding such subsidy enrollment to ensure proper posting on your medical record before a bill is generated.
