Here’s what’s inside: 

  • Fresh or frozen mango for vitamin C 
  • Banana for natural sweetness and potassium 
  • Fresh ginger and turmeric for anti-inflammatory power 
  • Carrot and orange juice for an extra boost of vitamins 
  • Greek yogurt for protein and probiotics 
  • A pinch of black pepper to activate the turmeric benefits 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen ripe banana 
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 2-3 cups organic spinach 
  • 1 knob fresh ginger, peeled (about 2 inches of ginger) 
  • 1 knob turmeric root, peeled (about 2 inches fresh turmeric) 
  • ½ tablespoon manuka or raw honey 
  • ⅕ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or a just couple grinds) 
  • ½-¾ cup almond milk or coconut milk
