The Thrivewell Infusion team was proud to attend Long Island Takes Steps with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, joining patients, families, caregivers, and advocates in support of the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community.
Events like these are a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and connection that exist within the Crohn’s and Colitis community. We are grateful for every opportunity to meet the individuals we serve, hear their stories, and support the organizations working to improve the lives of those living with chronic illnesses.
